The holidays are coming and this looks and feels different for everyone. Please take care of yourself. Slow down. You don’t have to do it all. You don’t have to be it all. Allow your intuition to speak. Keep the practices that connect you with yourself close. Embrace whatever joy you find wherever you find it! Sending much love and gratitude to you all this season and all year.

Beginning Thursday 11/3!
A guided group class moving through a portion of the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga with a focus on connecting breath and movement, posture and gaze to steady the mind while building strength and flexibility. We first practice stability and ease in the body and mind and then in our lives. These practices are like tools in your toolbox able to be applied to daily life. Come learn and experience this transformative breath and movement based practice to cleanse, strengthen and gain flexibility in the body and mind as a way to support your life. All are welcome. Please note classes on the regular weekly schedule are not beginners classes. In my experience, It is challenging to meet the specific needs of a new Yoga student in the appropriate way during a guided group class and because of this I have chose to focus on private sessions for beginners. It is an invaluable way to learn. Classes are tailored to the individual allowing the space to explore the foundations of the practice in a way that is appropriate for you. If you are looking to begin, please contact me for a private class or two to get you started. I offer sliding scale and options to make this accessible.
Through the discipline of Yoga practice we begin to steady the mind, direct our attention inward, and gain a better sense of self realization and the ability to remain present through ease and difficulty. My hope is that those who wish or need practice have access to it. It's important to keep these grounding practices close in these times and in all times.

The Practice Room is a community space focused on personal and collective growth for all to breathe and move freely as they are through the practices of Ashtanga Yoga. Individualized Yoga instruction through private classes, Led group class, and practice groups are offered.
Yoga Philosophy, breathwork, meditation and self study are explored to facilitate and encourage physical, mental and spiritual growth. The hope is to bring folks together to create and share energy, support and connection.
