A guided group class moving through the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga, also referred to as "Yoga Chikitsa" or Yoga Therapy. This sequence uses breath, posture and gaze to purify the nervous system, detoxify the body and steady the mind while also building internal heat, strength and flexibility. Through consistent practice one can cultivate mental focus, vitality and a deeper sense of self awareness. This is not a beginners class and is best suited for those familiar with the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series or those with a regular yoga practice. Our online booking system does not take payments for class fees. It is for class signup only. All class payments are made through venmo or cash/card in studio.
